If you are dealing with household effects due to relocation or family circumstances, we can advise you which objects are suitable for auction, whereby goods (art, antiques, design, jewellery and silver) go to the highest bidder. 

Viewing an inventory to assess its suitability for auction is free of charge.

House clearances

We can arrange house clearances. Houses will be cleared out and made ready for a new tenant or buyer.

Costs of house clearances are quoted in advance, without any obligations.

As homes often have to be cleared out on short notice, we can act fast.

Valuation reports

The following applies to official valuation reports for succession, insurance or division:

Up to an appraised total household value of € 10,000, the appraisal costs are 2% with a minimum of € 125,00. Above an appraised value of € 10,000, the appraisal costs are € 200,00 increased by 1% on the excess above € 10,000. For every hour that the valuation, including travel time, takes longer than one hour, an hourly rate of € 100,00 will be charged. All costs mentioned are exclusive of 21% VAT and travel costs of € 0,20 per km from Utrecht. The appraisal costs or part thereof, will lapse if the appraised goods are offered for auction.
